These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the CicloPlus application ("the app", "we"). By creating an account or using the app, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use CicloPlus.

1. What CicloPlus is

CicloPlus is an application for tracking the menstrual cycle, ovulation, and fertility, which lets you log symptoms, mood, weight, sleep, basal temperature, sexual activity, and other information related to reproductive health, in order to show personal predictions and statistics.

2. Requirements to use the app

You must be at least 13 years old to create a CicloPlus account. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the app.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs on your account.

3. Account and data

You can create your account with an email and password, or sign in with Google or Facebook. How we collect, use, and protect your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. CicloPlus cannot verify or guarantee the accuracy of predictions if the recorded information is incomplete or incorrect.

4. Subscription and free trial

CicloPlus offers free features and premium features through a paid subscription, managed through Google Play (or the App Store, where applicable). A free trial period of limited duration may be offered before billing begins; the exact terms of price, duration, and renewal are shown on the subscription screen before you confirm the purchase.

Subscriptions are billed and renewed automatically according to the terms of the app store where you made the purchase, and are managed (including cancellation) from that store's settings, not within this app.

5. Acceptable use

By using CicloPlus you agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to access other people's accounts or parts of the app not intended for the public.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code, except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the app or the servers that support it.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, brand, texts, and illustrations are the property of CicloPlus's developer. Your cycle and health data remains yours; we do not claim ownership of the information you enter, we only use it to provide you the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Cancellation and account deletion

You may stop using the app at any time and request the deletion of your account and your data by writing to soportelambert@gmail.com, as detailed in the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

CicloPlus is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind regarding the absolute accuracy of predictions or the absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app, including medical or reproductive decisions made based solely on the app's information without professional supervision.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally, for example when adding new features. We will publish any changes on this same page with a new "last updated" date. If the change is significant, we will also notify you within the app.
